This allows enough time for you to receive the order, to return it if not satisfied, and to receive the refund. In the event that shipping is delayed for some reason, we will extend the allowable return time to reflect that. However, you must email us before returning an item so we can make arrangements. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on products returned without advance authorization or apparel that's been worn or laundered.
(Jewelry cannot be returned that has been special ordered. If returning in stock jewelry, there will be a 25% restocking fees and shipping is not refundable, we hope you understand.)

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund. Jewelry can be returned but must be unworn and with all the original packaging. If returning any item including jewelry, customer must pay for return shipping to us. The orginal purchase price will be returned, minus shipping charges, no exceptions please.
